Sports, Fitness & Fun is a health club offering exercise classes, cardio machines and weights, and a state of the art gymnastics and cheer facility. 

Our 41,000 sq. ft. multi-sport  facility offers a vast array of programming for members.  Services range from children's birthday parties to group exercise programming that include yoga, Pilates, Zumba, indoor cycling, body sculpting, step, in addition to, health counseling, personal training, kettlebells and so much more. Members can also relax in our saunas or utilize the showers after their workouts. We're also home to Northeastern Martial Arts Academy, The Sports Cafe, Northeast Dance Movement and Ultimate Sambo. Established in November, 2000, Sports, Fitness & Fun is the only facility in Orange County, NY that offers a full service gymnastics/cheer program and a health club. Our gymnastics & cheer teams have been awarded many state, regional and national awards over the past decade. Our full service health club provides everything needed to get in shape and to stay in shape.
