Your Personalized Health and Nutrition Program:
The personalized program at Sports Fitness and Fun will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, with our Health Counselor Gail Lordy, you will explore concerns specific to you and your body. And you'll discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
During the course of the program you will:
- Set and accomplish goals
- Explore new foods
- Understand and reduce cravings
- Increase energy
- Feel better in your body
- Improve personal relationships
Our clients develop a deeper understanding of the foods and lifestyle choices that work best for them, and learn how to implement lasting changes to improve energy, balance and health. This six month program, meets every other week, for a total of twelve one-on-one sessions. This is the time-frame that works best to become invested in a lifestyle change with foods.
Because each client has different problems and needs, each client receives individualized counseling with our program. Some people are over weight, some have heart problems, some have high cholesterol, some are going through a difficult time, the problems vary widely. Rest assured, we are here for every-BODY! - Two one hour sessions per month for six months
- E-mail support between sessions
- Books, CDs, handouts and other materials
- Access to a lending library of health and wellness books

Gail Lordy, CHC, AADP, is a Certified Health Counselor. Gail received her training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and is certified by Columbia University. Gail offers individual health and nutrition counseling to men, women and children. She believes that finding balance between nutrition, physical activity, career, spirituality, and relationships will allow you to obtain perfect harmony within yourself. Gail’s life long interest in the relationship of food and health has led her to this career where she can express her passion by helping people to live happier, more rewarding lives.
