Our state-of-the-art center is the area's largest, most extensive full service club where certified trainers are available to design a program that suits your individual needs. We offer over 40 group fitness classes available per week taught by the areas top professional instructors. Plus, our Fitness Coordinator is available to evaluate your level of fitness, help implement your program and motivate you to attain your goals. Sports, Fitness & Fun hosts many special events monthly for additional variety and to introduce exciting new programs for our members and guests.

Complimentary Fitness Assessment: The Sports Fitness and Fun Fitness Coordinator will contact you to schedule a fitness evaluation to determine your fitness level and guide you to your goals.

One on One Training: Following your assessment you will be scheduled for a 1-hour workout appointment on the gym floor to familiarize you with our equipment, and answer your questions.

Guest Pass Privileges: Each member receives 5 FREE Guest Passes so friends and/or family can experience Sport, Fitness and Fun with you. They can workout in the gym and/or take classes.

Group Fitness Classes: Choose from a wide variety of cutting edge group classes that get your heart pumping to those that stretch and relax, (see Group Fitness Schedule or Health Club Special Events Schedule).

Spa Facilities: End your workout by relaxing in our private sauna and tanning bed.
