Gymnastics Team

 

The USAG tryouts for gymnastics teams are held each spring. Our teams compete in the Junior Olympic Program of USA-Gymnastics (USAG) in the league offered by the United States Association of Independent Gymnastics Clubs (USAIGC).

The difference between the two programs is this: USAG requirements are much more demanding and require the highest level of commitment to advance through the levels; USAIGC requirements are less demanding and provide an opportunity for our gymnasts to remain in our competitive program for a longer period of time.

Some gymnasts may compete in both leagues.
 

Why I Exercise

To be physically fit to enjoy all the other things I like to do in life, such as, run a 5K, play with the grandchildren and kayak in the summer. It simply makes everything in life that much more enjoyable! Richard F.
