Gymnastics Team

Our teams compete in the Junior Olympic Program of USA-Gymnastics (USAG) and in the league offered by the United States Association of Independent Gymnastics Clubs (USAIGC).
 

The difference between the two programs is this: USAG requirements are much more demanding and require the highest level of commitment to advance through the levels; USAIGC requirements are less demanding and provide an opportunity for our gymnasts to remain in our competitive program for a longer period of time.

Why I Exercise

I wake up, brush my teeth, make my bed and I exercise! Exercise is a priority in my life because I not only want to look good, but, I want to feel good everyday to enjoy my life to the fullest! John L.
