Pre-school Gymnastics Programs
Pre-school movement classes help to provide children with the all-important social skills necessary for adulthood. Problem solving, sharing, and waiting your turn (patience) are skills we all use every day of our life. If this is all we practiced, it would probably be enough, however gymnastics provides so much more.
Gymnastics is a multifaceted sport that develops physical strength, speed and agility, nerves of steel and it’s FUN! Studies of how young children learn have proven that they especially acquire knowledge experientially through play, experimentation, exploration, and discovery.
