General Information

Joining Classes: Join anytime! Tuition will be prorated, relative to your start date
 

Dropping Classes: No refunds or credits will be given for dropping a class. Once a term has commenced, you are in the class for the entire session, regardless of attendance, except for Medical conditions with a Doctors Note. If you register and then drop the class prior to the first date of the session you will receive a refund minus a $25.00 processing charge. All refund requests must be in writing and are processed from the date SFF receives the written request (retroactive requests cannot be granted, it eliminates our opportunity to fill the vacated class spot).
 

Payment Procedures: PAYMENT IS REQUIRED WITH REGISTRATION: Payment by cash, check, MC, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or DISCOVER. Flexible Payment plans are available by request.
 

Money Back Guarantee: At any time during your first session if you are not entirely happy, then we will credit or refund the balance of your tuition. This offer is valid for new students only.
 

Returned Checks: There is a $30 charge for all checks returned NSF.
 

Absences & Make Ups: There are no refunds or credits for missed classes. We offer make-ups as a courtesy, but they are not guaranteed. Make-ups are limited to 2 per session and are typically offered when there is a vacancy in an existing class. If all of our classes are full we may not be able to accommodate your request for a make-up. Please visit the reception desk to request a make-up class.
 

Snow/Inclement Weather Closings: Please log onto www.sportsfitnessfun.com or call Sports Fitness & Fun to find out about weather related closings. As we serve many different school systems, we do NOT follow the closings decisions of any particular school system. Make-ups will be offered for any class cancelled by SFF.
