All Star Cheer

Sports, Fitness & Fun offers competition cheerleading at its best with all the quality and excitement without the exorbitant expense. We are currently seeking cheerleaders of all ages and levels to join our "Flames" Competition Teams! 

On Saturday, October 15th at 11:30 am and Monday, October 17th at 8pm Sports Fitness and Fun is holding open evaluations for cheerleaders of all ages to join the Flames All-Star Team!

Why I Exercise

To be physically fit to enjoy all the other things I like to do in life, such as, run a 5K, play with the grandchildren and kayak in the summer. It simply makes everything in life that much more enjoyable! Richard F.
